Discontinued products

2011 will be the year of biggest breakthrough for ACTi – we will introduce the samples of powerful 4-Megapixel KCM-series cameras to the market from the beginning of quarter 1, 2011, and launch mass production in the beginning of quarter 2, 2011. In order to consolidate the whole product offering before entering a new era, ACTi will discontinue most of the existing low resolution cameras from January 1, 2011.

As the cameras see replacements by the new generation, their faithful accessories follow. Here we announce the accessories that will be discontinued in the next few months. You will still have opportunity to purchase them for three months to smooth your transition.

In Addition, two more cameras will be replaced by newer versions with even better functions. TCM-4301 / TCM-4101 will be discontinued and the last purchase date is 2010/12/31. TCM-4201 / TCM-4001 will be the replacement models that comes with PIR and DIO.

ACTi IR 3-inch Dome camera ACM-3311 has been well received by the market. As we keep improving our products, we feel that this model and our ACM-3011 should be consolidated to reduce ordering complexity. The ACM-3011 has functions similar to ACM-3311 plus vari-focal lens. We will continue to provide ACM-3311 until 2010/7/1. We recommend all further orders to use ACM-3011 instead.
