Our Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a refund
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
The customer is able to exchange the item or receive a refund for the full amount of the item purchased. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please read all the conditions below. If conditions are not met, IP Camera Store reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of min 15%.
Ip Camera Store will arrange for return shipping on any items shipped incorrectly, defective, or damaged and will pay necessary expenses. You are responsible for return shipping under any other circumstances
Ip Camera Store is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes and other freight charges due to shipping
How to return or exchange an item:
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- DO NOT use the original manufacturer's box as the shipping box.
- In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- To request RMA number, please use the contact form here.
- RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
- Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Rules and conditionals:
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- Items for sale at IP Camera Store offered with Free Shipping, when these items are returned, actual shipping charges will be deducted from any refund that is due.
- Ip Camera Store reserves the right to require the Purchaser to return goods directly to the manufacturer or distribution warehouse located in the United States of America for replacement.
Ip Camera Store does not accept return items on certain conditions:
- Software, Discontinued items, Special Order items, and Consumables.
- Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns.
- Items not purchased from Ip Camera Store.
- Batteries, Battery Backups, Power Protection.
